Dr. Mishra laid the foundation stone of Aarna Health Care in 2018 with a dream to bridge the gap between quality healthcare and its accessibility to every citizen of the community with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, both as a leading orthopaedic surgeon and as a successful MD, having served in the public Sobhan Singh Jeena Base Hospital Haldwani as well as private domain, he aimed to create an institution progressive in service to its patients and local communities and on the state level as a leader in healthcare issues.
Dr. S.K.Mishra was chosen to lead the medical delegation at commonwealth games Glasgow Scotland for Indian contingent in year 2014. He stays with team for 21 days in commonwealth game of Glasgow.
While Dr. Mishra is an MD. He is also a qualified Ortho Surgeon by profession and it is this combination of administering a hospital with a medical background that has always stood him in good stead in both these roles. He completed his medical graduation and post graduation from government Medical college Gorakhpur in 1989 and then dedicated the next decades of his life to become a highly- respected authority figure in uttarakhand’s medical Diaspora. He is molding BHRC to be a leader in providing quality, compassionate patient-centered care that seeks physical cures and comforts as well as peace of mind and peace of heart.

Premises have been designed, keeping cGMP, safety and manufacturing capacity in consideration. Premises and equipment are located, designed, constructed, maintained the operation to be carried out. Their layout and design are aimed to permit effective cleaning, maintenance in order to avoid cross-contamination.
The premises used for Manufacturing, Processing, Packing, Labeling, Storage and Testing maintained and adequate to allow orderly and logical placement of equipment and materials.

The plant is established in a plot area of 8110 square/m. This plant is situated in the Northern part of India at Mahuakhera Ganj near Kashipur. The factory is surrounded by green area.
The buildings are constructed by using RCC and is adequate and suitable for manufacturing of drugs. Excellent Ventilation, Cooling and Air Conditioning is provided. Water, Waste Water Removal, Electricity, Fuel Services and Utility Deliveries are easily obtained.
Pre-fabricated clean Room Panels are used for LVP and SVP Products. all clean rooms (Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling, and Sealing) are furnished with epoxy coating for easy cleaning, high-performance, smooth, and durable surface.
All the Utility facilities like Filtered Water, Soft Water and Purified Water Plants, Boiler House, Generator, Air Compressor Plant, Chilling Plant etc. are kept separate from main building and have adequate capacity.
all clean rooms (Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling, Sealing, complete Microbiology Lab) are furnished with epoxy coating for easy cleaning, chemical resistance, dust-free, high-performance, smooth, and durable surface.
To avoid vertical joints between floor to wall, wall to wall, wall to roof epoxy coving has been done which minimizes the risk of dust deposition and microbial growth.
Acrylic Emulsion is used in entrances, Toilets, Change Rooms, Passages and Storage Areas.
Epoxy Paint is applied in all Core Processing Area, Sampling, Dispensing and Primary Packing Area. Epoxy paint is characterized by excellent chemical, oil, water resistant, smooth finish and excellent Algae and Fungi growth resistance.
All doors are made of powder coated aluminum with View Panel.
An Effluent Treatment Plant is provided in premises to treat Process Water, in accordance with the norms of State Pollution Control Board. The treated water is utilized for the gardening purpose.
